I am a member of a group in Facebook called Bougainvillea bonsai. In this group, members are flaunting their beautiful bougainvillea bonsais. I have always admired bonsai plants and I have tried to make some bonsai, but I have never succeeded in the past. Probably because I have not really gotten any idea on how to begin or could not imagine how to grow it and design it. Bonsai takes a wide imagination in order to create an artistic bonsai.
However, after joining this bougainvillea bonsai group, I started to get an imagination on how I would like my bougainvillea bonsai look like. Most of the bougainvillea bonsai that they post in Facebook are those big trunks that came from a big bougainvillea tree then sawed it. The cut part of the trunk is very visible and that is not appealing to me. That to me is not a bonsai, so I decided to create my bonsai from the beginning.
This video demonstrate in very detailed fashion on how I created my bougainvillea bonsai from the beginning. Before creating this video, I already have made my first bougainvillea bonsai, and it turned out beautiful. So I decided to create this video and share to everyone that might have the same dilemma that I had before.
